Climb Mirador Shrine, complete the ancient puzzle, restore the gemstone, then speak with Nessa.
We're only gonna go over the less obvious steps required to complete the [quest_06a_msq_13_returnmiradorjewel] quest, as all the others steps are clearly marked in-game.
How to Solve the Puzzle
You must rotate the Glyphs into the following order, from left to right: X P Ψ
Speak with Druid Acolyte Nessa
Head back to [npc_06_nessaharrower05] at the location indicated on the NPC page.
